Please note that Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, even if the purchaser provided an incorrect email address. Gift Cards are not legal tender and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please be aware that Gift Cards cannot be purchased via Afterpay. If there is any remaining balance on the Gift Card after a purchase, it can be used for future transactions.

  2. Purchasing or using a gift card, indicates you have read and accept these terms and conditions.

PURCHASING OF GIFT CARD

  1. Gift cards can be purchased online here.
  2. The purchase of a gift card is considered complete once an order confirmation has been received to your nominated email address.
  3. You cannot cancel the purchase of a gift card or return a gift card.  Gift card cannot be purchased using Afterpay.

USE AND VAILIDITY

  1. Gift cards are valid for accessories online only at paolosebastian.com
  2. Gift cards are not legal tender. Gift cards cannot be reloaded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
  3. Gift cards are valid for 3 years and can be used in multiple transactions. This means the gift card can be used until the balance reaches zero within the 3 years.
  4. GST is included within the gift card value.
  5. When a purchase exceeds the gift card balance, you are to pay the remaining amount via an additional payment method.
  6. You may combine the balances of multiple gift cards to complete a purchase.
  7. If you return a product purchased using a gift card, the return will be governed by our returns policy.

LOSS

  1. Our liability is restricted to only replacing gift cards deemed faulty.
  2. We will not replace any lost or stolen gift cards.

LIABILITY

  1. We are not liable for any losses incurred.
  2. We hold the right to cancel any gift card for any reason and at any given time. If so, you will receive a refund or replacement gift card equal to the remaining balance, unless cancellation was due to suspicions of illegal activity.

Changes

  1. We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time.
  2. Any changes will be effective upon the posting of the amended terms and conditions on our website.
  3. Your continued use of a gift card after any amended terms and conditions constitutes your agreement to these revised terms and conditions.

LAW

  1. These terms and conditions are governed by South Australian laws.
  2. You acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia when purchasing a Gift Card.
